Returns / Exchanges


Eastside China has been representing quality tableware from the top name brands for over 30 years. Our buyers ensure that we carry the bestselling patterns from manufacturers known around the world. It is our desire that all of our customers be completely satisfied with their purchase. ?To that end, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a complete refund, minus any original shipping charges and restocking fees. These generally range between 15-25% of the value of the order, so please make your selection carefully.

Imports and some special orders, once processed, CANNOT be refunded or returned.

Please do not ship anything back to us without prior arrangement.


In order to expedite your return, please follow the instructions below:

  • Pack all unused items into the original boxes. Additionally, all items must retain their original UPC stickers.
  • Pack inner item boxes into protective shipping cartons for travel to our warehouse.
  • Place a copy of the original packing slip inside the shipping carton detailing the reason for return, and whether the return is for credit or exchange.
  • Mark the outside of the box Internet Order Return?.
  • Ship the carton/cartons to:

  • Returns should be made within 5 days of receipt of original shipment.
  • Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.


  • Before opening the package, take a picture of the damaged box.
  • Save all UPS/USPS tags or stickers.
  • Notify us immediately.


  • Keep all original packaging/cartons/tags/slips.
  • Take a picture of the defective merchandise.
  • Email the picture to
  • Contact Customer Service at (718) 633-8672, Monday through Friday 10AM to 5PM EST, for a return shipping label and product reorder.
  • Pack unused defective item/items into the original boxes.
  • Pack boxes into a protective shipping carton for travel to our warehouse.
  • A UPS call tag will be issued to pick up your package.
  • A reorder will be placed to replace your defective item.
  • IMPORTANT: In order to receive a refund/replacement for damaged merchandise, you must notify us either by phone or email, within 3 business days.
  • Please do not ship anything back to us without prior arrangement.
  • Any item that is received broken during the initial shipment for orders placed on will be replaced at no charge to you.
